Doing Sports is an Good Habit

Doing sport is a good habit because it can make you avoid from various diseases and makes your body fit. Specifically, if you do exercise regularly, it will stimulate your muscles to contract properly. For example, if you exercise regularly such as jogging, play football or perhaps get fitness, it will make your body fresh and healthy. For another example, by doing sport regularly, indirectly, it will make you to avoid the various diseases. According to an article I’d ever read, doing sports regularly can makes someone to avoid from the various diseases. Clearly, if you do sports regularly, it can avoid you the various diseases. Even enough just jogging every week. However, it’s meaningless if not balanced by eating foods that are full of nutrients and vitamins. In conclusion, just do some exercise regularly and eat nutritious foods and add it as your habits, so you will avoid from the various diseases and makes your body fit and healthy.

Love and hate

Perceived love is beautiful than hate. Therefore, they have many differences. First, if someone feel the love/ fall in love, their face expression is look so gladness, in the other hand, when someone feel the hatred, they face expressions is look like has many winkles. Second difference from them are, love reflect happiness. Meanwhile, hate reflects hatred, anger, resentful, hurt, and disappointed. Other differences are if someone feels the love or fall in love, they will do everything possible to please the person who their loves. But in the other hand, when someone feels hate, they will do everything possible to harm the person who their hated. Actually, love and hate has a relationship, for example, if we fall in love to someone but he/she didn’t love us or with coarse reject our love feelings of love we could have directly replaced by hatred. On the contrary, we buried feelings of hatred against our hated person for this may be at any time tern into love. Therefore, if you love someone, don’t love him/her with excessive. And conversely, when you hate someone don’t hate them with excessive. So, exaggeration wasn’t very good. In fact, love and hates are something that is contrary between each other. But, love and hates still has a relationship of mutual concerned. For these reasons, love has beautiful expression and peace of mind than hate.

TRIQAP is helpful for make an argumentative paragraph

“TRIQAP” stands for:
T          =          Topic Sentence (Reason)
R          =          Restrictive (Specifically, …)
I           =          Illustration (For example, …)
Q         =          “Quote” (Kutipan)
A          =          Analysis (Explanation of how I and Q prove T.  So what?)
P          =          Point (Point sentence)
Remember, A TRIQAP is a PARAGRAPH. Each letter = a sentence within that paragraph.
WRITE THE “T”
 “T” in the “TRIQAP” means topic sentence. The first sentence of every paragraph sh 4ould state the topic of that paragraph; in this case, that is your reason. Look at the following topic sentence:
Watching TV too much is bad for student.
WRITE THE “R”
“R” stands for “restrictive sentence”. You should restrict your topic sentence.  In other words, make your topic sentence more specific. See the following example:
Specifically, ___________________________________________________
Specifically, it may interfere with heir learning hours.
 WRITE THE “I”
“I” means “illustration” or example. The next sentence should be an example that supports your topic sentence or reason. The second sentence usually begins with “for example,… or for instance,… or to illustrate…”.  Look at the following example:
For example/For instance,_________________________________________
For example, it may harm their health such as damaging their eyesight. And the other example, if they are too often watching TV, they will forget or maybe forget their homework and it was very bad.
WRITE THE “Q”
“Q” stands for “Quote”. Following the illustration, is a quote from a secondary source that proves your example is relevant and true. You must use the appropriate punctuation: According to one expert, “ …” (author page).  You do not have to include the whole quote; you can isolate part of it. All quotes should be cited properly. for example :
According to the book we have ever read, watching TV too much can lead to someone being lazy.
WRITE THE “A”
“A” means analyze. These sentences should explain how your example (“I”) and quote (“Q”) prove your reason.  Ask yourself, so what after the “I” and “Q”.  The answer to that question is your analysis. Look at the following example:
Clearly, watching TV too much is a bad habit and very detrimental. Therefore, do beneficial an activity such as reading book is better than excessive watching TV.

WRITE THE “P”
“P” means point sentence. The final sentence of the paragraph should sum up your point.The final sentence should essentially repeat your first sentence. See the following example:
To conclude, excessive watching TV is not good for student because it will make them become lazy.

PUT IT TOGETHER :
Watching TV too much is bad for student. Specifically, it may interfere with heir learning hours. For example, it may harm their health such as damaging their eyesight. And the other example, if they are too often watching TV, they will forget or maybe forget their homework and it was very bad. According to the book we have ever read, watching TV too much can lead to someone being lazy. Clearly, watching TV too much is a bad habit and very detrimental. Therefore, do beneficial an activity such as reading book is better than excessive watching TV. To conclude, excessive watching TV is not good for student because it will make them become lazy.

Watching television too much is not good guys

Watching television too much is not good because harms our health. Especially our eyes, waste our time, and it makes negatively affects people’s mental development. The first reason why people shouldn’t watch television too much is because it can harm our health, especially your eyes. The second it makes people waste time that could be used in more beneficial activities. The time we spend watching TV could be applied to useful activities like exercise, reading, interacting with friends and family, activities that are a crucial for a healthy lifestyle. The third, it negatively affects people’s mental development. According to several scientific studies, watching TV for prolonged periods of time has a negative effect over the intellectual development of children and leads to deterioration of the mental capacity in older people by causing both attention and memory problems in the long term. In conclusion, people shouldn’t watch too much television because the content of many TV programs is not educational; it makes people waste time that could be used in more beneficial activities; and it affects people’s mental development. After that I am direct to create a student card. After that I asked my parents looking for boarding houses around UMY.Finnaly I got a god boarding.
Apparently there has been norecent announcement from official website PMB UMY and after a few days later I get the latest information from the PMB UMY. The latest announcement contains “MATAF(Ta’aruf period)
There are 2 Mataf in UMY, namely Mataf FISIPOL and Mataf PBI, both give some requirements unique to be completed. Actually Mataf is still long.
